Words Matter.png

The average human has between 60,000 and 70,000 thoughts a day. 80% of those thoughts are negative and 95% are the same repetitive thoughts that we had the day before. We are running on programs and find ourselves existing in what I call ‘living in the loops.’ This raises numerous questions and when we begin asking good questions we can discover pathways that lead to healing.

Our first practice for 2023 is to pay attention to our words because they matter. When we read through the Scriptures we discover numerous pieces of wisdom. Our invitation for you is to begin saturating your words in the words that God declares over our lives and all of creation.
