One of the ways I am supporting the students, families, and staff at my school during this time is to offer Daily Self Care videos (designed for kids, but great for the whole family). They can be used as a brain and/or movement break from their work or just for fun to improve their mood. They are designed for my school, but I'd be happy to share them here if people would like them.
